| Patricia
Barbosa is a self-taught guitarist, songwriter, and producer. She began
her professional singing career at age 19 and continued with several music
classes and some vocal training in college. In the Milwaukee area, Patricia
has been a familiar face and voice at cultural celebrations, parades,
and private parties, usually accompanied by a mariachi, band or her guitar.
As a songwriter, local groups have recorded several of her over 200 original compositions, and in 1995, internationally known group, SAMURAY recorded "Cuando Amanezca" which is included in Samuray's latest CD as part of its 20 Greatest Hits Collection ("Coleccion Privada - 20 Exitos").
